利伐沙班联合低分子肝素治疗急性肺栓塞的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨利伐沙班联合低分子肝素对急性肺栓塞患者凝血功能及肺通气功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年10月至2018年12月收治的76例急性肺栓塞患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用华法林联合低分子肝素治疗,观察组则采用利伐沙班联合低分子肝素治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的凝血功能及肺通气功能。结果治疗后,两组D-D、FDP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组OI及Cdyn均升高,WOB均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利伐沙班联合低分子肝素治疗急性肺栓塞效果显著,可改善患者凝血功能及肺通气功能,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of rivaroxaban combined with low molecular weight heparin on coagulation function and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 76 patients with acute pulmonary embolism admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warfarin combined with low molecular weight heparin, and the observation group was treated with rivaroxaban combined with low molecular weight heparin. The coagulation function and pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of D-D and FDP in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, OI and Cdyn increased, WOB reduced in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Rivaroxaban combined withlow molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism has a significant effect. It can improve the coagulation function and pulmonary ventilation function of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
