摘要
基于生产线平衡理论,简单阐述研究的背景、意义以及相关理论,如生产线平衡理论、精益生产的基本知识和模拟仿真软件VC介绍,再对中集车辆涂装生产线的基本现状和涂装生产线的现状、存在的问题进行分析,针对工厂的涂装生产线生产不平衡问题,综合运用相关的工业工程理论,通过离线仿真方法找到合适的节拍,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,并提出对应的优化方案,用模拟软件对产线进行模拟仿真和优化。
Based on the production line balance theory,this paper briefly describes the background and significance of the research and related theories,such as the production line balance theory,the basic knowledge of lean production and the introduction of simulation software vc,and then analyzes the basic status of CIMC vehicle coating production line and the status and problems of the coating production line,aiming at the coating production line of the factory To solve the problem of production imbalance,we should use the theory of industrial engineering synthetically,find the right beat by off-line simulation,reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.Then the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward,and the production line is simulated and optimized by simulation software.
