摘要
为了将大量的发动机出厂试验数据转化成为对生产质量进行控制的依据,运用MATLAB软件对采集到的数据进行分布曲线拟合,运用Jarque-Bera检验、Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验方法对数据样本进行拟合精度验证,利用箱形图对大量数据中的异常值进行识别并且剔除,设置协调系数对剔除异常数据后的置信区间进行修正,得到更加精确的数学分布模型,并将该数据分布模型运用在实际生产中。结果显示,该模型运用结果良好。
In view of the problem that the drag torque of the engine is not consistent,the distribution and fitting accuracy of the collected data is verified by MATLAB software,the box diagram is used to identify and eliminate the outliers in a large number of data,the coordination coefficient is introduced to correct the confidence interval after excluding abnormal data.Finally,the research method is applied and tested in the case.The result proves that the method is applicable and the result is good.
