摘要
通过MADYMO软件建立在64km/h的40%重叠率情况下的台车及儿童约束系统的仿真模型,并对所建立的模型进行了有效性验证。在此基础上,分析了儿童约束系统的刚度、安全带的刚度及限位孔的位置对儿童损伤响应的影响情况。研究结果表明,儿童约束系统的刚度对儿童损伤的影响较大,并随着儿童约束系统刚度系数的增加,儿童头部和胸部的损伤参数值减小;儿童约束系统安全带的刚度对儿童损伤的影响次之,并随着儿童约束系统安全带刚度系数的增加,儿童头部和胸部的损伤参数值增大;限位孔在中间位置时,儿童损伤程度最低。建立的仿真模型有效可靠。
The simulation model of the trolley and child restraint system under the condition of 40%overlap rate of 64 km/h was established by MADYMO software,and the validity of the model was verified.On this basis,the effects of the stiffness of the child restraint system,the stiffness of the seat belt and the location of the limit hole on the child damage response were analyzed.The results show that the stiffness of the child restraint system has a great influence on the injury of the child,and the damage parameter values of the child's head and chest decrease with the increase of the stiffness coefficient of the child restraint system.The stiffness of the child restraint system seat belt has the second effect on the child injury,and with the increase of the stiffness coefficient of the child restraint system seat belt,the damage parameter values of the child's head and chest increase.When the limit hole is in the middle position,the damage degree of children is the lowest.The simulation model is effective and reliable.
