摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利在功能性消化不良治疗中的临床效果。方法选入我院2017年3月至2019年2月收治患者88例,分为对照组及联合用药组,对照组44例给予莫沙必利,联合用药组44例给予莫沙必利同时给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,对比治疗效果。结果联合用药组治疗有效率显著更高(P<0.05),组间不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在功能性消化不良的治疗中采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利治疗效果确切,安全性高,可为临床药物治疗首选治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of haloperidazone and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 88 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group and combined drug group.44 patients in the control group were given mosapride,and 44 patients in the combined drug group were given mosapride and Flupentixol melitracen tablets simultaneously.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The effective rate of combined drug group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,the combination of haloperidazone and melitracen tablets with Mosapride is effective and safe,and can be the first choice for clinical drug treatment.
