摘要
本研究应用火花源原子发射光谱法,采用控制试样法建立工作曲线,对粗银中Cu、Au、Pb、Sb、Bi、Se、Te、Pd的含量进行分析检测。在最佳的分析谱线试验条件下,考察了该方法的精密度和准确度,所有元素测定值的相对标准偏差在0.09%-11.13%之间,确定了该方法检测粗银中个元素的测定范围。分析结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差小,测定结果与容量法结果对比基本一致,满足生产控制要求。
The components of Cu,Au,Pb,Sb,Bi,Se,Te and Pd in crude silver were detected by spark source atomic emission spectrometry with highly efficient,which established a calibration curve through type standardization method.The precision and accuracy of the new method were evaluated under optimal experimental conditions.Low RSD for practical analyses,0.09%to 11.13%,was achieved.And the ranges of determination of elements in crude silver by this method were determined.The suggested method was employed for the analyses of real samples with satisfactory results,which is consistent with the results of conventional detection technologies.Compared with conventional detection technologies,the proposed method improves the efficient detection of crude and reduces the cost of detection,which could meet the demand of production.
