摘要
因为技术原因,我国在矿资源提取上还存在一些技术弊端,目前,尾矿中很多元素还无法提取,所以尾矿是提取了能提取元素后是暂时无法再次开采的废矿,其会通过管道输送到回收处理处,处理后再回填回矿山或变成建筑了,未处理的尾矿浆含有大量药物、有毒问题,在输送过程中特别需要足以泄露问题,目前我国尾矿管路泄漏依然大部分是依靠人巡查,自动化程度低、过分依赖人员监管、能耗浪费严重。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种自动化尾矿输送泄露预警监测系统,以期通过本次研究能有效提高尾矿输送的先进化程度,能在一定程度上提高矿山开采效率。
Due to technical reasons,there are still some technical disadvantages in the extraction of mineral resources in China.At present,many elements in tailings can not be extracted,so tailings are waste ores that can not be mined again temporarily after extraction of elements.They will be transported to the recovery treatment place through pipelines,and then backfilled back to the mine or become buildings after treatment.The untreated tailings slurry contains a lot of drugs At present,most of the leakage of tailing pipeline in our country still depends on human inspection,with low automation,excessive dependence on human supervision and serious waste of energy consumption.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes an automatic early warning and monitoring system for tailings transportation leakage,in order to effectively improve the pre evolution degree of tailings transportation and mining efficiency to a certain extent.
