摘要
液体喷涂有机硅橡胶涂料与基材有着优秀的附着力,且其缓冲性能和耐热性能较好。但它的工艺性较差,涂料固化后涂膜内留有大量的气泡。为了减少涂膜内的气泡,开展了液体喷涂有机硅橡胶涂覆工艺的研究。通过改变涂覆方法、增加静置时间、改变烘烤方式和增加阻聚剂等措施对涂覆工艺进行优化,结果显示:改善后的涂膜内的气泡大大减少,基本满足使用要求。
The liquid sprayed organic silicone rubber has excellent adhension to the base material,and its buffering property and heat resistance are good.However,the coating process is poor,with a lot of air bubbles left in the coating.In order to reduce the air bubbles in the coating,the study on the coating process of liquid sprayed organic silicone rubber are carried out.The process of coating was optimized by changing the way the coating way,by mean of increasing the resting time,by changing the baking method and increasing the retarder.The results showed that the air bubbles in the coating have greatly reduced after the improvement.The coating basically meet the requirement of using.
