“煤改电”对温室气体与大气污染物的协同减排效益评估 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,京津冀地带多次遭受严重的雾霾天气的影响,全球变暖的趋势日渐凸显。当下全球面临着大气污染减排和碳减排的双重压力,人类需要清醒认知,找准污染源在哪里是污染治理工作的第一步。煤炭燃烧是温室气体和大气污染物排放的共同来源,也是主要源头,所以有必要对煤炭燃烧供能的替代工作进行相关研究。先是对"煤改电"工程的现状和发展前景进行了总结,以邯郸市为例,通过减排系数法核算了2018年邯郸市全年锅炉"煤改电"工程对温室气体与大气污染物的协同减排效果。从核算结果显示中证实了"煤改电"工程具有显著的大气污染和二氧化碳协同减排效果。 In recent years,the beijing-tianjin-hebei region has been affected by severe haze for many times,and the trend of global warming is increasingly prominent. At present,the world is facing the double pressure of air pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction. People need to have a clear cognition and find out where the pollution sources are. This is the first step of pollution control work. Coal combustion is the common and main source of air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions,so it is necessary to study the alternative work of coal combustion. Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation and development prospect of "coal to electricity" project,and takes handan city as an example to calculate the synergistic emission reduction effect of "coal to electricity" project on atmospheric pollutants and greenhouse gas in 2018. The results show that the "coal to electricity" project has significant air pollution and carbon dioxide emission reduction effect.
