摘要
商业建筑中餐饮比例越来越大,排油烟系统的合理设计非常重要。对商业建筑中餐饮排油烟系统在设计中可能存在的问题,进行了设计分析,根据现有规范以及自身的设计体会,对排油烟量、排油烟管路、油烟净化和风机选型等方面进行了总结。
The proportion of catering in commercial buildings is increasing.The reasonable design of exhausting system for cooking fume is very important.In this paper,the design and analysis of the possible problems in the design of the catering exhaust fume system in the commercial buildings are carried out.According to the existing codes and their own design experience,a summary is made on the amount of exhaust smoke,the pipeline of exhaust fume,the purification of oil fume and the type selection of the fan.
