摘要
本论文利用气动全自动矿浆管道取样装置,根据不同矿体、多金属混合矿浆及其矿浆管道流量的大小,设计不同的管道取样装置。通过控制取样时间及其气流量大小完成矿浆管道和自流矿浆的全截面取样,避免了人为因素的干扰,提升了取样代表性、稳定性。
In this paper,a pneumatic automatic slurry pipeline sampling device is used to design different pipeline sampling devices according to the flow of different ore bodies,multi-metal mixed pulp and its slurry pipeline.By controlling the sampling time and the volume of the gas flow,the full-section sampling of the slurry pipeline and the gravity slurry is completed,which avoids the interference of human factors and improves the representativeness and stability of the sampling.
