摘要
在考察助教反馈主要内容和方式的基础上,探究了助教反馈对大学生英语写作表现的影响与原因。研究发现,助教反馈对大学生英语写作表现的总体影响不是很积极。从作文成绩来看,根据反馈修改后的作文成绩没有提高反而下降。从反馈采纳情况来看,助教反馈采纳率低,有近一半的反馈未被采纳。从反馈采纳的具体结果来看,助教反馈采纳效果不是很理想,所有被采纳的反馈中只有67.80%带来了积极影响。究其原因主要是在于助教反馈过于简略,学生因不理解反馈或没有能力执行反馈而无法就反馈作出回应,学生对助教反馈的信任不足,助教与学生之间沟通不畅等。
The present study investigates the content and form of Teaching Assistant(TA)feedback,its influence on student writing and why the influence is caused.In general,TA feedback does not bring significant improvement to students writing.First,the grades of revised writing do not increase.Second,the rate of adoption of TA feedback is low with about half of the feedback dismissed.Third,the revision outcomes are unsatisfactory with only 67.80%bringing positive influence.There are mainly four reasons for it:the TA feedback is simplistic;students are unable to respond to the feedback;students do not trust TA feedback;there is little TA-student communication on the feedback.The present study provides some implications for college English writing teaching and TA system.
