摘要
为了确保乌东德水电站左岸导流洞进水口围堰拆除爆破一次性成功,避免投入大量人力物力进行后期处理,甚至导致安全事故,同时避免爆破规模过大,造成对周围保护物的破坏,采取了分层分期拆除、预留经济断面、充水平压、优化钻爆方案等系列技术措施。实施结果表明,保护物的爆破振动速度、爆破渣料对导流洞的冲击、爆破飞石均得到了有效控制,围堰拆除高程及轮廓满足设计要求,达到了预期的分流效果,为大江截流创造了有利条件。
In order to ensure one-time successful demolition blasting of the inlet cofferdam of left bank diversion tunnel in Wudongde hydropower project,a series of technical measures have been taken,including executing demolition by stages and layers,reserving economic cross section,impounding water for pressure balance,optimizing drilling and blasting,etc.In this way,wasting time and energy on post-processing and even causing safety accidents,and damage to the surrounding protected objects caused by excessive blasting scale have been avoided.The implementation results show that the particle vibration velocity of the protected objects,the impact of blasting debris on the diversion tunnel,and blasting flying rocks are effectively controlled.The demolition elevation and outline of the cofferdam can meet the design requirements,which are helpful for achieving the expected diversion effect and creating favorable conditions for the river closure.
