摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济发展日益活跃。但因长期追求发展速度,资源约束、环境污染等问题日益突显。如何处理好经济发展与资源环境的关系,以实现绿色可持续发展、提高经济发展质量,是新时期我国进一步发展面临的重大问题。文章从环境承载力、环境管理力、环境友好性、环境抗压力、环境稳定性五个维度,构建了绿色发展水平评价体系。基于20072017年的数据,对我国30个省(市)绿色发展水平的时空演化进行了测度研究。结果表明,我国绿色发展水平整体向好,但在时间维度、空间维度依然存在差异。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development has become increasingly active.However,due to the long-term pursuit of development speed,problems such as resource constraints and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.How to deal with the relationship between economic development and environmental resources in order to achieve green and sustainable development and improve the quality of economic development is a major issue faced by China’s further development in new era.This paper constructs the evaluation system of green development level from five dimensions:environmental carrying capacity,environmental management capacity,environmental friendliness,environmental stress resistance and environmental stability.Based on the data from 2007 to 2017,the temporal and spatial evolution of green development level of 30 provinces(cities)in China is measured.The results show that the overall level of green development in China is good,but there are still differences in time dimension and space dimension.
