摘要
电机驱动型矿山运输设备需要实现速比优化设计,促使电机能耗得到降低。本文对矿山运输设备性能参数及其匹配设计问题展开了分析,提出采取粒子群算法和遗传算法分别实现速比优化设计。在加权工况条件下追求平均能耗最小,能够使电机在多数工况下的能耗降至最低。
The motor driven mine transportation equipment needs to realize the optimal design of speed ratio to reduce the motor energy consumption.In this paper,the performance parameters and matching design of mine transportation equipment are analyzed.Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA) are proposed to realize the speed ratio optimization design respectively.The pursuit of the minimum average energy consumption under the weighted condition can minimize the energy consumption of the motor under most conditions.
