摘要 以纸张、油墨和润版液为实验参量,研究印刷材料性能对胶印质量的影响。过程中,以纸张的吸墨性和pH值为主,研究纸张性能与胶印质量间的关系。实验结果表明:纸张连结料过分吸收将会造成油墨的流平性能丧失,另外,印刷墨的墨膜越厚,纸张连结料剩余的就越多,胶印质量就越高;要将纸张的pH值控制在一定范围内,才能获得较高的胶印质量,经验证可将pH值定为7. 6。以油墨的细度、粘度和流动度为主,分析油墨性能对胶印质量产生的影响。实验结果表明:油墨细度和胶印质量间呈正相关关系,油墨粘度和流动度两者与胶印质量间关系不稳定,需要将两者控制在合理范围内,才可得到最优胶印质量。以润版液中异丙醇和表面张力为主,探究润版液性能对胶印质量产生的影响。实验结果表明:异丙醇的浓度为10%,表面张力为37. 5 mN/m时胶印质量最好。 Using paper,ink and fountain solution as experimental parameters,the effect of printing material properties on the quality of offset printing was studied.During the process,the relationship between paper properties and offset quality was studied based on the paper’s ink absorption and pH values.The experimental results show that excessive absorption of the paper web will cause the loss of leveling performance of the ink.In addition,the thicker the ink film of the printing ink,the more the remaining material of the paper will be,and the higher the offset quality will be;the pH of the paper will be increased.Within a certain range of control,high quality offset printing can be achieved.After verification,the pH can be set at 7.6.Based on the fineness,viscosity,and fluidity of the ink,the effect of ink performance on offset quality was analyzed.The experimental results show that there is a positive correlation between ink fineness and offset quality,and the relationship between ink viscosity and fluidity and offset quality is not stable.It is necessary to control the two within a reasonable range to obtain optimal offset quality.The influence of fountain solution properties on the quality of offset printing was investigated using the isopropyl alcohol and surface tension in the fountain solution.The experimental results show that the isopropyl alcohol concentration is 10%,and the offset quality is the best when the surface tension is 37.5.
