摘要
以江苏省老年医院体检中心改造工程为例,阐述了项目概况、房屋安全鉴定情况以及改造方案,分析了加固改造的难点,尤其对历史建筑保护的加固技术进行了探索。
The article takes the renovation project of the physical examination center of Jiangsu Province Elderly Hospital as an example,expounds the project overview,housing safety appraisal and reconstruction plan,analyzes the difficulties of reinforcement and reconstruction,especially the reinforcement technology for the historical building protection.
