摘要
抗结核药物性肝损害(anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity,ATDH)是指在使用抗结核药物的过程中,由于药物或其代谢产物引起的肝细胞毒性损伤或肝脏对药物及其代谢产物的变态反应所致病理过程[1]。ATDH为抗结核药物所致严重不良反应,影响结核治疗效果及预后。
