摘要
由于大斜度井和水平井井眼轨迹的特殊性,分层酸化时,常规酸化开关投球时不能完全到位,造成上层酸化开关打不开。针对这一问题,研究设计了换向式液压酸化开关,它包括上、下两级开关,在应用中不受井斜角的限制,与水力锚、酸化封隔器、扶正器等配合使用,可不动管柱对大斜度井或水平井进行两层分层酸化。通过套管打压,可实现两级开、关状态的换向,克服了大斜度井无法投球换向的不足;结构简单、长度较短、外径较小,有利于顺利通过造斜段。2018年以来共开展现场应用32口井,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,取得了较好的应用效果。
Due to the particularity of the trajectory of large inclined well and horizontal well,the conventional acidizing switch can not be fully in place when pitching,causing the upper acidizing switch to fail to open. In order to solve this problem,a new type of hydraulic acidizing switch is designed,which includes upper and lower switches,which are not limited by the slope of the well,and are used in conjunction with hydraulic anchors,acidified Packers,and positives. Two layers of stratified acidification of large inclined well or horizontal well can be carried out without moving tube column. Through the pressure of the casing,it can realize the change direction of the two-level opening and closing state,and overcome the lack of the large slope well unable to pitch the change direction;The structure is simple,the length is short as well,and the outer diameter is small,which is conducive to the smooth passage of the oblique section. Since 2018,it has been applied in 32 wells in the field,and the process success rate is 100 % and the efficiency is 100 %. A good application effect has been achieved.
