摘要
针对LCL-S拓扑补偿的感应式无线电能传输系统,分析其频率分叉特性,获得了次谐振点频率的特点。通过设计感应耦合功率传输(ICPT)系统的参数能够消除频率分叉,提高系统的稳定性。得到了一般固有谐振点工作时,系统的输出功率较次谐振点的输出功率低的结论。为提高ICPT系统的可控能力,提出一种一次侧采用直流可控饱和电抗器的LC复合谐振网络的ICPT电路,基于互感模型和电路理论,详细分析输出电压的特点。以方波脉冲作为系统电源,饱和电抗器产生的高次谐波电流经过补偿网络能够传输到负载,提高系统传输功率。利用有限元软件建立饱和电抗器模型进行仿真,搭建实物样机系统进行实验,仿真结果和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper,the inductive coupled power transfer system with LCL-S compensation topologies is analyzed.Its frequency bifurcation and sub-resonance point characteristic are analyzed.By reasonably designing the parameters of the ICPT system,frequency bifurcation can be eliminated and the stability of the system can be improved.Generally,for the sub-resonance point,the system output power lower than the resonance point.In order to improve the output power of ICPT system,this paper presents an ICPT circuit based on the composite resonance network with saturated reactor.Based on the mutual inductance model and circuit theory,the output voltage characteristic is explained in detail.Pulsed square wave as power of ICPT system transmission excitation,the use of saturated reactor harmonic currents can increase the system transmission capacity.Finally,simulation based on COMSOL software and low power experiment verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
