摘要
美丽乡村的协调发展,社会生活的全面进步,离不开文明乡风的有力助推。乡风文明建设是一项系统工程。本文阐释成都乡风文明建设现状,总结先进经验,针对存在的问题,从落实资金保障、加强村民思想道德建设、加大农村公共文化队伍、推动城乡产业融合等视角提出新时期加强乡风文明建设的政策措施。
The coordinated development of the beautiful countryside and the overall progress of social life cannot be separated from the powerful boost of civilized rural style. The construction of rural civilization is a systematic project. This article explains the current situation of Chengdu’s rural civilization construction,and sums up advanced experience. In response to the problems existing in the construction of rural civilization,the paper puts forward policy measures such as implementing financial guarantees,strengthening villagers’ ideological and moral construction,increasing rural public cultural contingents,and promoting the integration of urban and rural industries.
