摘要
食品接触用器皿、内外包装容器、包装材料及餐厨具中的有毒有害物质污染,已经成为食品污染的主要源头之一。我国作为木竹制品生产及使用大国,木竹制品被广泛应用于各个领域;近年来,木竹制品在食品行业的应用日益增多,其安全性必须得到可靠保证。概述了食品接触用木竹制品现状,总结分析了食品接触用木竹制品生产中存在的安全问题,在此基础上,提出了解决食品接触用木竹制品生产安全问题措施。
The contamination of food utensils,inner and outer packaging containers,packaging materials and kitchen utensils has become one of the main sources of food contamination.As a large country producing and using wood and bamboo products in China,wood and bamboo products are widely used in various fields.In recent years,the application of wood and bamboo products in the food industry is increasing.The present situation of wood and bamboo products for food contact was summarized,and the safety problems in the production of wood and bamboo products for food contact were analyzed.
