可抛弃式便携式支气管镜的消毒方法探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估可抛弃式便携式支气管镜的消毒方法,以期获得最佳的消毒方式。方法采用随机对照方法,将4根全新的可抛弃式便携式支气管镜随机分配消毒方法:2%碱性戊二醛浸泡法、55℃环氧乙烷消毒法、低温等离子灭菌消毒法或对照组。比较消毒时间、消毒效果等。结果 2%碱性戊二醛浸泡法、55℃环氧乙烷消毒法、低温等离子灭菌消毒法3种消毒方法消毒时间依次为108 min、600 min、55 min。低温等离子灭菌消毒法对气管镜图像质量、远端弯曲度、负压吸引力均无明显影响。55℃环氧乙烷消毒法对图像质量、负压吸引力影响较大。2%碱性戊二醛浸泡法主要对图像质量影响较大。结论低温等离子灭菌消毒法消毒时间短、消毒效果较好,对图像影响最小,目前可作为可抛弃式便携式支气管镜最佳的消毒方案。 Objective To evaluate disinfection method of disposable portable bronchoscope, and obtain the best disinfection method. Methods The randomized controlled method was used, and 4 span-new disposable bronchoscopes were randomly assigned to disinfection methods: 2 % alkaline glutaraldehyde immersion method, 55 ℃ ethylene oxide disinfection method,low-temperature plasma disinfection method and control group. The disinfection time and disinfection effect were compared.Results The disinfection time of 2 % alkaline glutaraldehyde immersion method, 55 ℃ ethylene oxide disinfection method,low-temperature plasma disinfection method were 108 minutes, 600 minutes and 55 minutes, respectively. There was no significant effect on bronchoscopy image quality, distal curvature and negative pressure attraction in low-temperature plasma disinfection method. The 55 ℃ ethylene oxide disinfection method had great influence on image quality and negative pressure suction, while 2 % alkaline glutaraldehyde immersion method showed great influence on image quality. Conclusion It is demonstrated that low-temperature plasma disinfection method might be the best disinfection method for disposable bronchoscopes due to its short disinfection time, good disinfection effect and minimal impact on images.
