摘要
回顾我国中药现代化科技产业基地建设20年来取得的成果,从中药工业产值规模、产业聚集度提升、中药材规范化种植成效、实现中药资源绿色可持续发展等方面论述,并在此基础上提出中药现代化科技产业基地建设的具体建议:加强顶层设计、明确定位;发挥地方科技主管部门作用;加强核心关键技术布局,希望能为广大中医药科技工作者提供参考。
This paper reviews the achievements of the construction of China’s modern science and technology industrial base in the past 20 years,and discusses the scale of the industrial output value of the traditional Chinese medicine,the improvement of the industrial concentration,the standardized planting effect of the Chinese medicinal materials,and the realization of the green and sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine resources.On this basis,some concrete suggestions are put forward.Strengthen the top-level design,clear positioning;give full play to the role of local science and technology departments;strengthen the layout of core key technologies,hoping to provide reference for the majority of traditional Chinese medicine science and technology workers.
