摘要
新中国成立70年来,我国高等教育发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得了举世瞩目的成就。70年来,构建了基本完善的中国特色高等教育体系;高等教育规模空前扩大,成为世界第一高等教育大国;教育质量和水平不断提高,培养了大批优秀人才,创造了大批科研成果,为社会主义建设作出了应有的贡献。按照高等教育为人民服务、为国家建设服务的方针,我国高等教育实现了规模发展、多元发展、重点发展、开放发展、创新发展。面向未来,要坚持以人民为中心发展高等教育,坚持把立德树人作为高等教育的根本任务,坚持推进高等教育强国建设,坚持以改革创新推进高等教育发展。
Since 1949, China higher education has been changed dramatically, achieving great success in the worldwide. The higher education system with Chinese characteristics has been established with basically perfect functions;the scale of higher education has been expanded unprecedentedly, which makes China the biggest one in the world;the quality and level has been improved, cultivating lots of outstanding talents, creating much scientific research achievement and contributing to the socialist construction. According to the orientation of serving the people and country construction, China higher education has realized scale development, diversified development, priority development, open development and innovative development. Confronting the future, it should follow the principle, such as developing higher education based on the people orientation, cultivating talents as the basic task of higher education, advancing the construction of higher education power, and promoting development by reform and innovation.
