摘要
目的研究应用4%氢氧化钠预处理粘液性宫颈分泌物检测人乳头瘤病毒基因型的优越性。方法采用PCR反向点杂交技术对2014年9月至2016年9月妇科就诊并需要做人乳头瘤病毒分型检测的患者200例,按操作规程取宫颈上皮脱落细胞,将其中混有白带的粘液性宫颈分泌160份,分别用4%的氢氧化钠和0.9%氯化钠溶液液化前处理标本。组成4%的氢氧化钠液化处理的实验组和0.9%氯化钠溶液处理的对照组。对2组标本检出结果进行统计分析。结果实验组检出阳性标本33例,阳性率21.0%(33/160),其中含人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危型别标本26例,阳性率16.2%(26/160),低危型别标本7例,阳性率4.4%(6/160);对照组检出阳性标本22例,阳性率13.8%(22/160);含HPV高危型别的标本16份,阳性率10%(16/160),低危型别标本6例,阳性率3.8%(6/160)。实验组高危型HPV的检出率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4%的氢氧化钠液预处理粘液性宫颈分泌物可以有效提高HPV的检出率,为进一步预防女性宫颈癌的发生提供依据。
Objective To investigate the advantages of pretreatment of mucous cervical secretions with 4%sodium hydroxide in detecting human papilloma virus(HPV)genotype.Methods A total of 200 patients who had been treated and examined for papilloma virus classification in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled in the study.The cervical epithelial exfoliation cells of patients were collected,in which,the 160 mucous cervical cells specimens mixed with white bands were pretreated with 4%sodium hydroxide(experimental group)and 0.9%sodium chloride solution(control group),respectively.The papilloma virus typing was performed by means of PCR reverse point hybridization technique.Results A total 32 positive specimens were detected in experimental group,with positive rate being 21.0%(33/160),including 26 cases of high risk HPV,with positive rate being 16.2%(26/160),6 cases of low-risk HPV with positive rate being 4.4%(7/160).In control group,22 positive specimens were detected,with positive rate being 13.8%(22/160),in which,there were 16 cases of high-risk HPV,with positive rate being 10%(16/160),and 7 cases of low-risk HPV,with positive rate being 4.4%(6/160).Conclusion The detection rate of HPV in experimental group is significantly higher than that in control group,which shows that the pretreatment of mucous cervical secretions with 4%sodium hydroxide can effectively increase the detection rate of HPV,providing evidence for further prevention of cervical cancer in women.
