摘要
高校投入-产出效率的提升对我国高等教育事业的发展以及高教财政经费分配模式的改进具有重要意义。国内外学者关于高校投入-产出效率的研究成果在研究方法、研究内容等方面各有侧重。已有研究使用最频繁的方法是数据包络分析(DEA)法,研究对象涉及不同区域、层次、规模、经费结构以及拥有不同资源质量的高校,投入-产出效率分析涉及的领域包括科研、教学、财务、人力资本、基本建设等方面,并在实证分析的基础上总结了影响高校投入-产出效率的因素。
Researches on input-output efficiency of colleges and universities carried out by foreign and domestic scholars have different emphases in terms of methods, objects, contents as well as other aspects. As for research methods, the most frequently used method by researches on the input-output efficiency of HEIs is data envelopment analysis (DEA). The objects studied include different-level HEIs of different scales located in different areas which possess resources of different quality and have different fund structures. The studies on input-output efficiency have been conducted in such fields as research, teaching, finance, human capital, infrastructure construction, etc. Besides empirical analysis, the factors influencing input-output efficiency of HEIs have also been explored.
