摘要
采用逐级泵站结合袖阀管后期隧底加固施工方法,解决拉林铁路杰德秀1号隧道内富水软岩地带的排水和隧道底部围岩稳定性问题。逐级泵站可将水及时排除,有效防止施工面围岩受大量地下水长时间浸泡,保留围岩自身的有效强度和自稳能力。袖阀管注浆通过劈裂、渗透、挤压密实等作用,使浆液与土体充分结合,形成较高强度的水泥土固结体和树枝状水泥网脉体,有效提高隧底处围岩的稳定性。逐级泵站结合袖阀管注浆方法相辅相成,解决了川藏铁路隧道富水软岩地带防排水和隧底加固施工的技术难题,为其他类似工程提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of water rich soft rock zone drainage and stability of surrounding rock at the bottom of the tunnel in the Jiedexiu No.1 Tunnel of Lasa-Linzhi Railway,the construction method of strengthening the bottom of the tunnel in the later stage of step by step pumping station combined with sleeve valve pipe is adopted.The step by step pumping station can remove the water in time,which effectively prevents the surrounding rock of the construction surface from being immersed in a large number of groundwater for a long time,and retains the effective strength and self-stability of the surrounding rock itself.Sleeve valve pipe drainage through the effects of split,infil⁃tration and compaction,the slurry and soil can be fully combined to form high strength cement-soil consolidation body and dendritic cement net vein,which can effectively improve the stability of surrounding rock at the bottom of the tunnel.Step by step pump station combined with sleeve valve pipe grouting method complements each other,which solves the technical problems of waterproof and drainage and bottom reinforcement construction in water-rich soft rock zone of Sichuan-Tibet Railway tunnel,and provides certain reference for other similar projects.
