摘要
全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(简称CPTPP),是美国退出TPP(跨太平洋伙伴关系协定)后于2018年生效的新贸易协定,是截至目前最高水平的自由贸易机制和21世纪的标准贸易协定。基于日本与CPTPP10国及美国贸易投资面板数据,对CPTPP和美日贸易协定的谈判过程和项目进行分析,旨在研究二者的实际运行效果及对中国的影响,对探讨中国加入CPTPP的必要性和可行性具有指导意义,并为“一带一路”发展路径奠定理论基础。
Comprehensive Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership(CPTPP)is a newly established trade agreement that entered into force in 2018 after the United States withdrew from the TPP(Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement).It is the most advanced free trade mechanism and standard trade agreement of the 21st century.Based on the trade and investment panel of Japan,CPTTP 10 countries as well as the United States,this paper analyzes the negotiation process and projects of CPTPP and the US-Japan trade agreement with the aim of studying the actual operation effect and its impact on China,so as to explore the necessity and feasibility of China’s entry into CPTPP and lay a theoretical foundation for the development path of“The Belt and Road”initiative.
