摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二酯(DDMA)和苯乙烯(S)为单体,采用悬浮聚合法合成了DDMA/S树脂,利用FTIR对合成树脂进行结构表征,测试了树脂的吸油性能。结果发现,该类树脂的吸油能力随着树脂中DDMA含量增加而增加,对油品的吸油能力为甲苯>汽油>柴油>豆油,当DDMA/S树脂单体组成为2∶3时,对甲苯和汽油的吸油率分别为9.5386 g/g和7.0153g/g,并对不同油品的吸油能力进行了讨论。
The DDMA/S resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization with dodecyl methacrylate(DDMA)and styrene(S)as monomers.The structure of the resin was characterized by FTIR and the oil absorption capacity was investigated.The results showed that the oil absorption ratio of the resin increased with the DDMA content.The order of oil absorption ratio for the oils was toluene>gasoline>diesel oil>soybean oil.When the mass ratio of DDMA to S was 2∶3,the oil absorption ratio of the resin was 9.5386 g/g and 7.0153 g·g^-1 for toluene and gasoline,and the oil absorption mechanism was discussed.
