摘要
简介东北特殊钢股份有限公司炼钢厂2机2流大圆坯连铸机设备,并讲述大圆坯连铸机的产品质量控制。目前此连铸机可生产合金结构钢以及不锈钢等多类品种,并且通过工艺优化其产品质量能够满足后序加工分厂以及外部用户的需求。
The equipment of 2-flow round continuous casting machinc in the steel making plant of Dongbei Special Steel Co.,Ltd was introduced.The product quality control of billet caster is described.At present,this continuous casting machine can produce various types of alloy structural steel and stainless steel,and optimize the quality of its products through the process to meet the needs of the rear process and external users.
