布鲁金斯学会是一个世界级的非营利公共政策研究组织。本文从智库的资金运营、发展战略和成果传播的维度,概述和分析布鲁金斯学会的运营模式,以及近年布鲁金斯所关注的科技创新政策话题的走向,以期为我国相关科技智库的未来发展提供借鉴和参考。
Brookings Institution is a world-class non-profit policy research organization.The paper outlines and analyzes the mode of operation of Brookings Institution from the perspectives of financial operation,development strategy and dissemination of research outcome.The paper also summarizes the trend of research for science and technology innovation policy at Brookings,so as to provide reference for the future development of similar science and technology innovation policy research think tanks in China.
