摘要
乡村振兴战略是国家针对农业农村农民问题的一个长期战略安排。实现乡村振兴战略目标需打破传统的生产技术和方法,挖掘乡村独特资源的潜力并激发多类主体的活力,为农业农村发展注入新动能。研究构建了乡村振兴新动能评估与选择的理论框架,包括评估、选择、培育和效果评价四个部分。在此基础上进一步以山东省济南市为典型案例进行分析,为乡村振兴新动能的选择和培育提供可借鉴的经验。
The strategy of rural revitalization is a long-term strategic arrangement for national issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.To achieve the strategic goals of rural revitalization,it is necessary to change the traditional agricultural production technique and method,tap the potential of rural unique resources,stimulate the vitality of various subjects,and inject new driving force into the development of agriculture and rural areas.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of evaluating and selecting the new driving force of rural revitalization,which includes four parts of evaluation,selection,cultivation,and effect estimation.On the basis of above analysis,Jinan city of Shandong province was chosen as a typical case to analyze,providing reference experience and policy suggestions for the selection and cultivation of new driving force for rural revitalization.
