摘要
目的观察对接受耳鼻喉内窥镜检查患者实施人文关怀护理的临床效果。方法 45例行耳鼻喉内窥镜检查的患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(22例)和观察组(23例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行人文关怀护理。对比两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组SAS评分为(40.4±10.8)分,观察组SAS评分为(33.8±9.6)分;观察组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意度为63.6%,观察组护理总满意度为91.3%;观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受耳鼻喉内窥镜检查的患者给予人文关怀护理,可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,提升患者的护理满意度,值得应用于临床护理中。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanistic care in the nursing of endoscopy for patients with ear,nose and throat examination.Methods A total of 45 patients with ear,nose and throat examination as study subjects were randomly divided into control group(22 cases) and observation group(23 cases).The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care on the basis of conventional nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score before and after nursing and degree of satisfaction with nursing was compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score in the control group was(40.4±10.8) points,which was(33.8±9.6) points in the observation group.The SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing was 63.6% in the control group,which was 91.3% in the observation group.The degree of satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for patients with ear,nose and throat examination can effectively relieve their anxiety and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of application in clinical nursing.
