空间矢量调制的PMSM变磁链直接转矩控制 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统直接转矩控制的磁链误差和转矩脉动大等问题,结合空间矢量调制技术,提出一种改进的直接转矩控制方法.首先采用直接转矩控制系统id=0控制方式,避免了永磁体的去磁和磁路饱和问题;然后采用空间矢量调制技术,从而可以选择任意大小和方向电压矢量,保证了实际矢量轨迹逼近基准圆轨迹;建立磁链、转矩双闭环回路,采用磁链、转矩控制器调节磁链、转矩,以提高电机控制性能.仿真结果表明改进的直接转矩控制算法降低了转矩脉动,保证了系统具有良好的动态性能. Aiming at the problems of flux linkage error and torque ripple of the traditional direct torque control(DTC),a kind of improved direct torque control method was scheme presentedcombined with space vector pulse with modulation(SVPWM).Firstly,the i d=0 control mode of DTC was adopted to avoid the demagnetization and magnetic circuit saturation of the permanent magnet.Then the SVPWM was adopted,so that the voltage vector in any direction can be selected to ensure that the actual vector trajectory approaches the reference circular trajectory.The double closed-loop flux and torque control arithmetic was established,and flux and torque were adjusted by magnetic flux and torque controller to improve motor control performance.Simulation results show that the torque ripples is decreased greatly,and the dynamic of system is improved when the improved DTC is compared with the traditional DTC.
