摘要
金章宗一朝是金源一代的盛极渐衰之时。金朝土地政策随着人口增加逐渐不合时宜,使土地分配不均,进而引发纠纷。天灾与金宋战争亦成为社会动乱的诱因。金朝政府利用荒政制度缓和矛盾,因时制宜调整法律,并试图强化猛安谋克,改革保伍法与宗教制度。同时为了获得士人阶层的认同,宣传以土德代金德,藉此宣告金朝是宋朝的正统继承者,并讲议礼乐、推广教育、科举,使北方的知识分子与地方豪强产生文化自信与文化认同,进而认同金朝的统治。因此金章宗一朝,不再有“大定中乱民独多”的现象,也始终未爆发全国性的社会动乱。
The era of Emperor Zhangzong in Jin Dynasty was the start of turning point for Jin Dynasty from prosperity to declination. With the increasing population,unequal land distribution resulted social disturbances. Natural disasters and the war between Jin and Song worsened the situation. To appease the social unrest,Jin government adopted disaster relief system and made timely legal readjustment to strengthen Meng’an Mouke and reform the law of protection and religious system. In addition,in order to get support from the intellectuals and prevent them to join the social unrest,Jin government also adopted a number of cultural policies such as promotion of the system of rites and music,promotion of education,imperial examination.These effective policies fostered mutual cultural confidence and cultural recognition between intellectuals and the ruling class,thus securing Jin’ s ruling power of the country. Until Emperor Zhangzong’ s death,there was no nation-wide social unrest happened.
