摘要
为适应国家创新驱动发展战略的宏观要求,明确高校实验室是教学、科研和创新的重要平台,围绕实验技术人才队伍在创新人才培养、学科建设、科研配套服务和现代化管理等方面的新挑战,指出实验技术人才培养作为实验室平台建设的核心部分是高校综合水平的显性特征。为解决实验技术人才队伍建设的主要问题,文章着力从队伍建设规划、个体素质提升、工作职责的内涵建设、科学的绩效考核等方面进行细分探讨,最终给出可执行的措施方案,以加速我国科教兴国步伐。
In order to meet the macro requirements of national innovation-driven development strategy,and clarified that the laboratories of colleges and universities are an important platform of teaching,research and innovation,This paper focuses on studing new challenges of professional experimental and technical teams in the fields of innovative talents training,discipline construction,research support services and modern management,then states that the professional experiment technology talent training as a core part of the construction of laboratory platform,which is the dominant characteristics of the comprehensive level of colleges and universities.To solve the main problems in construction of laboratory professional talent team,this paper carried on the subdivision discussion from the aspects of the construction planning of experimental technicians,the improvement of individual qualities,the connotation construction of job responsibilities,and the scientific performance appraisal.Finally,an actionable plan is given to speed up the country’s progress in science and education.
