植物多糖对运动机体生理机能及物质代谢的生物学效应 被引量:2

Biological Effects of Plant Polysaccharide on the Physiological Functions and Material Metabolism of Sports Body

摘要 为了深入了解植物多糖对运动机体的生物学效应,本研究选取20只小鼠作为研究对象,在为小鼠注射羊红细胞(SRBC)后,应用植物多糖灌胃,试图探讨植物多糖对生理机能和物质代谢的影响。结果表明:对于运动机体免疫低下小鼠,植物多糖在激活巨噬细胞后,可增强巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞和微生物的细胞毒性、激活吞噬细胞,提升ROS、NO的产生,同时,还可对TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12、IFN-γ、IFβ2等细胞因子的分泌起到促进作用;对正常小鼠,植物多糖可提升SRBC的抗体的生成水平,具有增强机体免疫作用。研究进一步表明:植物多糖可提升小鼠乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)总活性,加速乳酸的清除代谢,降低乳酸堆积,可有效延缓疲劳;能够有效增强机体缺氧的能力,提升小鼠在运动中肝糖原的储备,增强运动能力;同时,还可提升运动机体血红蛋白的影响,提升血红蛋白(Hb)的含量,增强机体氧运输能力,有助于在大强度耐力训练期间有氧代谢的正常进行,并延缓运动疲劳,提升有氧运动的能力。本研究结果进一步证实了植物多糖具有促进细胞因子形成、增强机体免疫、抗肿瘤和抗疲劳等生物学效应。 To deeply understand the biological effects of plant polysaccharide on sports body,we selected 20 mice as the study subjects in this study which were injected with SRBC and later given gavage of plant polysaccharide,hoping to explore the effects of plant polysaccharide on physiological function and material metabolism.The results showed that the plant polysaccharide could strengthen the cell toxicity of macrophage to tumor cells and microbes and activate phagocytes,as well as promote the production of ROS and NO after activating macrophage in immunocompromised mice.Meanwhile,plant polysaccharide could promote the secretions of cytokines,such as TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,IFN-γand IFβ2.For normal mice,plant polysaccharide was able to enhance the production level of SRBC antibody,which could enhance the body immunity.The study further indicated that plant polysaccharide could improve the total activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in mice,accelerate lactic acid metabolism,and reduce the accumulation of lactic acid,which could effectively delay the fatigue.Plant polysaccharide could effectively enhance the hypoxia ability of body and increase liver glycogen storage in mice to improve the exercise capacity.At the same time,it also could promote the influence of hemoglobin in body and increase the content of hemoglobin(Hb)to strengthen the oxygen transport capacity,which was helpful for normal aerobic metabolism during maximum intensive endurance training and could delay the exercise fatigue to improve the ability of aerobic exercise.The research results further demonstrated that plant polysaccharides had biological effects such as promoting cytokines formation,enhancing body immunity,anti-tumor and fatigue resistance.
