摘要
为准确测定高浓度氯化铝溶液中硅元素的含量,本文釆用icp-oes(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)进行分析检测。通过优化分析测试谱线、消除基体干扰、加标回收率等方法,无需进行样品基体匹配,即可实现氯化铝溶液中硅元素含量的测定。分析结果表明,该方法测定氯化铝溶液中硅元素的检出限为0.037 mg/L,测试的两个样品硅元素的精密度(RSD)值范围为0.28%-0.87%,加标回收率分别为93.4%~98.4%0具有分析准确度高、操作快速简单、测试效率高的优点。
In order to accurately determine the content of siliconelement in high concentration aluminium chloride solution,ICP-OES(Inductively Cou pled Plasma Emission Spectrometer)was used for analysis and detection.The content of silicon element in aluminium chloride solution can be determined accurately by optimizing thespectrum,eliminating matrix interference and adding standard recovery rate without matching sample matrix.The results showed that the detection limit of silicon element in aluminium chloride solution is 0.037mg/L.The RSD values of the two samples are 0.28%~0.87%.The recovery rates of two samples were 93.4%-98.4%.It has high accuracy,fast and simple operation and high testing efficiency.
