摘要
为了消除选煤厂旋流器一段溢流的涡流引起的一系列问题,以三产品旋流器作为研究对象,试验研究特定的装置产生了两种涡流强度不同的溢流,将它们作为分级旋流器的入料,连同直流入料的情况,共得到三种不同涡流强度入料条件下分级旋流器的分级效果和增加溢流管插入深度来减小涡流阻力效果,验证了设计的优越性和对三产品旋流系统优化的可行性。
In order to eliminate a series of problems caused by a vortex flow in a cyclone of a coal preparation plant,a three-product cyclone is taken as the research object.A specific device is used to produce two overflows with different eddy current strengths,and import them as a feed to the classifier cyclone,together with the direct current feed,this paper obtains three classification effects under different eddy current strength feed conditions.The effect of increasing the insertion depth of the overflow pipe to reduce the eddy current resistance is obtained,and the superiority of the design and the feasibility of optimizing the three-product swirling system are verified.
