基于FloTHERM的一种航电设备的热设计优化

摘要 针对一种航电设备的热设计进行优化,在高温55℃、自然散热条件下对航电设备进行试验,设备中的芯片出现过热保护,导致航电设备不能正常工作。利用热设计的方法,分别在航电设备的发热芯片上安装5A06铝板和铬青铜两种材质的冷板进行散热,使用FloTHERM进行热仿真分析和使用实物样机进行热测试后,均出现了发热芯片温度降至过热保护温度以下,航电设备在安装两种材质的冷板后都能正常工作,但根据安装两种材质的冷板的热仿真和热测试结果对比,认为安装铬青铜冷板的航电设备上的发热芯片温度更低,因此安装铬青铜冷板的航电设备具有更加优化的热设计效果。 The thermal design of a kind of avionics equipment is optimized.The experiment is carried out under the condition of high temperature 55℃and natural heat dissipation.The chip in the equipment appears overheat protection,which results in the avionics equipment not working normally.Using the method of thermal design,5A06 aluminum plate and chrome bronze cold plate are installed on the motherboard of avionics equipment respectively to dissipate heat.FloTHERM software is used in thermal simulation analysis,and physical prototype is used in thermal test.The temperature of the heating chip drops below the protection temperature of overheating.The avionics equipment can work normally after installing the cold plate of two kinds of materials.The results of thermal simulation and thermal test show that the temperature of heating chip on the motherboard of the avionics equipment installed with chrome bronze cold plate is lower,so the thermal design of the equipment installed with chromium bronze cold plate has better optimized result.
