摘要 铁路货运系统需要多个子系统和众多要素的彼此协同、联动配合才能实现货物位移。首先,引入超网络理论将铁路货运系统划分为业务管理子网、物理网子网和车流子网,定性分析其超网特性。其次,针对子网内部各要素间关联关系及子网间映射关系,运用超图描述铁路货运系统超网络结构。然后,分别建立基于功效系数的子网内部协同度、子网间相对协同度及超网络综合协同度测算模型。最后,选取1997~2016年铁路货运系统的12项参量数据,运用上述方法对系统相应协同度进行测算验证。研究结果表明,本方法对铁路货运系统的均衡和协调发展具有较准确的量化测度作用。 The railway freight transportation system requires multiple subsystems and many elements to cooperate with each other to achieve freight displacement.Firstly,the super-network theory was introduced to divide the railway freight transportation system into the operation management subnet,the railway physical network subnet,and the vehicle flow subnet,and their super-network properties were qualitatively analyzed.Secondly,the hyper graph method was used to describe the relationship between the elements in each subnet and the mapping relationship between subnets,and the super-network model was constructed.Thirdly,the estimate model according to the efficiency coefficient to calculate the internal synergy degree of sub-networks,the relative synergy degree between subnets,and the super-network comprehensive synergy degree were established accordingly.Finally,the data of 12 parameters of the railway freight transportation system were gathered from 1997 to 2016,using the above method to measure the synergy degree of system.The results show that the method has a more accurate quantitative measure for the balanced and coordinated development of the railway freight transport system.
