摘要
为掌握套筒灌浆缺陷对地铁车站装配式轨顶风道影响,采用有限元数值模拟,选取套筒灌浆端部缺陷、中部缺陷、底部缺陷及钢筋偏心缺陷等四种常见缺陷,研究存在套筒灌浆缺陷装配式轨顶风道力学性能及钢筋螺栓应力变化。研究结果表明:采用套筒灌浆连接的装配式轨顶风道,套筒灌浆连接处出现应力集中,钢套筒及灌浆料所受拉应力由顶部向底部逐渐增大;与无套筒灌浆缺陷情形类似,套筒灌浆缺陷对轨顶风道变形影响较小;存在套筒灌浆底部缺陷的套筒灌浆连接边缘处应力甚至大于混凝土抗拉强度,致使套筒灌浆连接周边混凝土易出现破坏,影响结构安全。研究成果可为套筒灌浆连接在地铁车站预制装配式轨顶风道建设中的应用提供参考。
In order to grasp the influence of sleeve grouting defect on assembled rail top duct of metro station,the finite element numerical simulation was used in this paper,in which four common defects of sleeve grouting were selected,including end defect,middle defect,bottom defect and eccentric defect of reinforcing bar,and the mechanical properties of assembled rail top duct with sleeve grouting defects and the stress changes of steel bolts were studied.The results show that stress concentration occurs at sleeve grouting connection,and the tensile stresses of steel sleeve and grouting material increase gradually from top to bottom,when sleeve grouting is used to connect the assembled rail top air duct.Similar to the case without sleeve grouting defect,sleeve grouting defect has less influence on the deformation of rail top duct.Especially,the edge stress of sleeve grouting connection with bottom grouting defects is even greater than the tensile strength of concrete,which causes the surrounding concrete of sleeve grouting connection to be likably damaged and the structural safety to be affected.The research results can provide references for the application of sleeve grouting connection in the construction ofprefabricated rail roof ducts in Metro stations.
