摘要
目的(1)通过对社区人群的调查,了解呼和浩特市赛罕区人群睡眠状况及正常高值血压人群高血压的患病率;(2)探究睡眠质量对呼和浩特市赛罕区人群高血压发病率的影响,为降低高血压及心脑血管疾病的发病率提供新思路。方法招募呼和浩特市赛罕区非高血压人群,通过统一的问卷调查进行身高、体重、血压、腰围的测量及血脂、肝肾功等生化检测,通过匹兹堡睡眠指数量表对研究对象进行睡眠质量评估,通过COX比例风险回归模型分析非高血压人群睡眠治疗与高血压发病的关系。结果(1)正常高值血压人群的高血压发病率(25.1%),高于正常血压人群的高血压发病率(18.1%);(2)通过多因素logistic回归分析发现睡眠质量指数越高,高血压发病风险越高。结论呼和浩特市赛罕区人群的高血压发病率受睡眠质量的影响,应当制定合理的干预措施改善睡眠质量,来降低高血压的发病率。
Objective(1)Through the investigation of community population,to understand the sleep status of the population in Saihan District of Hohhot and the prevalence of hypertension in normal high blood pressure population;(2)To explore the effect of sleep quality on the incidence of hypertension in Saihan District,Hohhot City To provide new ideas for reducing the incidence of hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The non-hypertensive population in Saihan District of Hohhot City was recruited.Through a unified questionnaire survey,were collected,and height,weight,blood pressure,waist circumference were measured,and blood lipids,liver and kidney were measured.Biochemical tests were performed on the subjects,and the sleep quality of the subjects was assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale.The COX proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the relationship between sleep therapy and hypertension in non-hypertensive patients.Results(1)The incidence of hypertension in normal high-value blood pressure population(25.1%),higher than that in normal blood pressure group(18.1%);(2)Factor logistic regression analysis found that the higher the sleep quality index,the higher the risk of hypertension.Conclusion The incidence of hypertension in the Saihan district of Hohhot is affected by sleep quality,and reasonable interventions should be developed to improve sleep quality to reduce the incidence of hypertension.
