摘要
文章通过对市政综合体概念进行阐述,并结合市政建筑的功能属性,尝试对市政综合体进行定义。国际路市政综合体的规划思路、功能策划及设计理念,进一步从实践角度展现市政综合建筑的复杂性。在具有挑战的条件下,如何将城市消极建筑群创造成区域活力中心,值得进一步研究。
This paper speculates on the concept of municipal complex.Combining the functional attributes of municipal buildings,this paper tries to define the municipal complex.The planning ideas,function planning and design concepts of the International Road Municipal Complex further show the complexity of the municipal.Under the challenging conditions,how to create a city's negative buildings into a regional vitality center deserves further research.
