摘要
藻类是水生生态系统的主要生产者,在水生生态系统中,细菌的生长依赖于藻类产生的有机物,并且使营养物质得以循环使用。生态学研究已经确定了特定种类的藻类和细菌的共同存在,表明了微藻和细菌之间存在特定的相互作用关系。本综述概述了这些相互作用对水生环境的影响,它们在自然环境中对物质循环的生态作用以及相互作用的形式。最后探讨了藻菌相互作用在各种环境和生物技术方面的应用及未来发展方向。
Algae are the main producers of aquatic ecosystems.In aquatic ecosystems,the growth of bacteria depends on the organic matter produced by the algae and allows the nutrients to be recycled.Ecological studies have identified the coexistence of specific species of microalgae and bacteria,indicating a specific interaction between algae and bacteria.This review outlines the effects of these interactions on the aquatic environment,their ecological effects on the material cycle in the natural environment,and the forms of interaction.Finally,the application of algal and bacteria interaction in various environmental and biotechnology and future development directions are discussed.
