高效集成式优化磷化铝水解工艺

Efficient and integrated optimization of aluminum phosphide hydrolysis process

摘要 水解反应是处理磷化铝残渣最常用的方法,采用普通水解法水解磷化铝会导致水解反应不完全并且反应时间耗时较长。结合水解产物磷化氢的净化,对磷化铝水解工艺进行了高效集成式优化。结果表明,在环境温度为20℃时,水解液中硫酸添加量为20ml,高锰酸钾回收液中硫酸添加量为5ml,载气流速为0.75 L/min时反应1 h,磷化铝水解快速完全、磷化氢净化至零排放。 Hydrolysis is the most commonly used method to treat the residual of aluminium phosphide.Hydrolyzing aluminium phosphide by common method will lead to incomplete and lower speed reaction.Combined with the purification of phosphine,the process of aluminum phosphide was optimized efficiently and integrally.The results showed that when the ambient temperature was 20℃,the addition of sulfuric acid in the hydrolysate was 20 ml,the addition of sulfuric acid in the potassium permanganatere covered solution was 5ml,and the carrier gas flow rate was 0.75L/min,the reaction was conducted for 1 h,and the hydrolysis of aluminum phosphide was completed quickly and phosphine was purified to zero emission.
