摘要
针对配电网中电动汽车接入点多面广、分散无序的特点,以及电动汽车用户充电行为的随机性,提出了一种区域配电网的电动汽车充电策略优化算法。首先,考虑电动汽车用户充电行为的不确定性,提出了一种基于傅里叶变换的电动汽车用户行为建模;其次,构建了体现电动汽车充电需求随机性以及充电损耗平衡的区域配电网电动汽车充电多目标优化模型,并通过改进的遗传算法求取最优解,获得了与用户习惯相配合的电动汽车充电策略;最后,经验证该方法能够实现区域配电网电动车接入负载平衡优化。
Aiming at the multi-faceted and scattered,disordered characteristics of electric vehicle(EV)access points in distribution network and the randomness of EV users’charging behaviors,an optimization algorithm of EV charging strategy for a regional distribution network is proposed.Firstly,considering the uncertainties in charging behaviors,a model of EV user behaviors based on Fourier transform is proposed.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model of EV charging in a regional distribution network is constructed by taking into account the randomness of EV charging de?mand and the balance of charging loss.In addition,the optimal solution is obtained by an improved genetic algorithm,and the EV charging strategy matching the users’habits is obtained.It is verified that the proposed method can realize the load balance and optimization of EVs in the regional distribution network.
