摘要 舞动治疗是一种新型的表达性艺术治疗手段,该方法是适合应用在包括留守儿童在内的创伤儿童身上。通过文献回顾可知,舞动治疗创造了身体受保护的心理治疗空间,通过使用道具等过“渡性客体”,用节律、镜像、灯光等场景元素,用动作隐喻去处理儿童的内部意向和消极体相,释放负性情绪,很好地促进身体与内在的深度联结,从而降低创伤所形成的精神损害。多项研究结果证实,舞动治疗可以很好地疗愈留守儿童。 Dance therapy is a new expressive art therapy,which is very suitable for traumatic children,including left-behind children.Literature review shows that dance therapy creates a protective psychotherapeutic space for the body.By using props and other“transitional objects”,rhythm,mirroring,lighting and other scene elements,action metaphor is used to deal with children’s internal intentions and negative body images,release negative emotions,and promote the deep connection between the body and the interior,so as to reduce the formation of trauma mental damage.A number of research results confirmed that dancing therapy can treat left-behind children well.
