摘要
昌吉赣高铁赣州赣江特大桥是主桥主跨300 m的斜拉桥,桥上铺设带有隔离缓冲垫层的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道,是我国首座在300 m级跨度斜拉桥上铺设无砟轨道的桥梁。为保证列车运行平稳,主跨设置圆弧形预拱度,跨中轨面预拱度为60 mm。大跨度斜拉桥受桥上载荷、温度及风速等因素影响会产生较大变形,导致桥上CPⅢ精测控制网变化。考虑到无砟轨道施工的高精度要求,提出赣江特大桥上无砟轨道施工线形控制关键技术,保证赣江特大桥无砟轨道达到设计要求线形,可为其他大跨度桥上无砟轨道施工提供参考。
Ganzhou Ganjiang super major bridge of Nanchang-Ji’an-Ganzhou high speed railway is a cablestayed bridge with main span of 300 m.CRTSⅢslab ballastless track with isolation cushion is laid on the bridge,which is the first bridge in China to lay ballastless track on 300 m-span cable-stayed bridge.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the train,arc camber is set for the main span,and the camber of the mid span rail surface is 60 mm.The large-span cable-stayed bridge will produce large deformation under the influence of load on the bridge,temperature,wind speed and other factors,resulting in the change of CPⅢprecise measurement control network on the bridge.Considering the high-precision requirements for ballastless track construction,the paper proposes the key technology of linear control of ballastless track construction on Ganjiang super major bridge,which can ensure that the ballastless track of the bridge can meet the design requirements,and can provide references for the construction of ballastless track on other large-span bridges.
